You Are The Oracle - Dreamwork Workshop Series
Have you loosely paid attention to your dreams and found them interesting from time to time? Have you known that they contain deep messages but don’t know where to begin with understanding them? Have you longed to know what your next steps are, but feel lost? Have you been looking for guidance and support to connect more deeply to yourself? If you said yes to any of the above, then this dreamwork and art creation group is for you!
For six weeks, we will gather together online and dive deep into the wisdom of our dreams, both daydreams and nightdreams, using art creation and writing. At the end of each session, you will walk away with a self-created oracle card containing messages and wisdom just for you. With the support of a group, you will be encouraged to impliment the wisdom being revealed and watch your life transform.
This group is an opportunity for you to connect to the deep wisdom that exists within you. Our souls are constantly trying to communicate to us and help direct us on our paths. Dreamwork and art creation are two ways that our souls can bypass our busy minds and send us messages directly. This workshop is not about creating ‘good art’ but rather learning to use art as a tool to connect to the wisdom within you. This workshop is intended to support you on your journey to reclaim your inner knowing and power.
To keep the intimacy of the group, it will be open to 6 participants.
What you Need to Know Before Participating: This workshop provides some dreamwork learnings at the beginning of each session. However, the focus is on guiding you to develop your own understanding of your dreams. During this workshop, you are encouraged to record your dreams daily either using a dream journal or voice recorder.
Don’t worry if you cannot remember your dreams each morning. The more you begin to pay attention and record them, the easier it will be to remember them.
This is going to be a deeply sacred and personal process. Thus, for each week you will be required to show up in a private and safe space where you can be uninterrupted. For each session, you will need to bring one dream that you would like to work with. There will be an opportunity to share at the end of each session, but by no means is this required.
