Our souls are constantly communicating with us and providing us with messages to help us heal and fulfill our destinies. Hidden beneath the metaphors and symbols of our dreams are sacred messages to help guide us on our journey.
In a dreamwork session, you will have the opportunity to bring one of your dreams and through inquiry, prompted journaling and art making uncover the deeper messages within it. These sessions intend to empower you to learn to work with the guidance of your soul and use its wisdom to transform your life.

Intuitive Soul Art
For thousands of years, Indigenous communities have used art as a form of personal and collective healing and as a tool to connect with the Divine.
In a session, we will take time to explore what is arising for you and what you are seeking to heal. I will use this information to help guide you to make intuitive art. Within each session, there will be time to explore the deeper meaning of your art-making process through prompted journalling and conversation. The sessions are not about making good art, but rather allowing your soul to communicate to you through the process of making art. From these sessions, you will learn how intuitive art-making can be used to process difficult emotions and be a tool for soul communication.

Guided Journeying
When we connect to the world of the imaginal and intuitive, we awaken the wild feminine within us.
In a Guided Journeying session, I will guide you on a visualization journey to meet your future self, a soul guide or another benevolent being to help you access any wisdom you need at this time. After the journey, you will be invited to journal and make intuitive art from your experience to discover the deeper wisdom of your journey.
These sessions are designed to help you deepen your connection with the unseen and sacred realms.

Rite of Passage Ceremony
Historically, in cultures all over the world, people would have experienced various Rite of Passages to honour significant transitions in their lives, such as birth, menarche (first menstruation), childbirth and menopause. However, very few of us have experienced a riteful and soulful honouring of these sacred passages.
During this ceremony, I will facilitate a personalized Rites of Passage Ceremony for you to experience and reclaim a sacred passage in your life. For the soul, time does not exist, so it is never too late to honour any sacred passage in your life.
